SLNSW - Visitor Survey

This is a Vistory Survey application built in flash to run on a web kiosk at the State Library of NSW. The application also had an extensive CMS that allows the library staff to add and edit surveys as well as view or download the results.

This is similar to the Carve Trees and NLA Survey although more refined in the CMS with more flexibility.
